The technician gave very clear instructions and was very patient. I never felt hurried or flustered. He walked me through everything and we were successful in booting up my PC. I was very happy with the experience and results.

I was put onto ask-crew by amazon, at no time was it mentioned that the initial payment was their way of setting up a subscription.
Bearing in mind this was a one off issue that they failed to solve.
I would recommend any issues look else where.

Quick response but expensive.
I got a quick response but the only cost that was mentioned was $1 to get to a tech and that was refundable.
I actually discovered and repaired the issue while the tech was walking thru his pre staged steps.
The call was short and I was surprised to get hit with a $38 charge.
I will spend more time working through future issues before requesting tech support.
