The patience of the crew member. I'm not that computer savvy so the terminology and language sometimes confuse me. I appreciated the help I received with the two problems I had. One was resolved fairly quickly, the other took more time and I really won't know until I print the document I was receiving help with.

However my problem was solved so thats all that matters.
