I booked the valet service and everything went extremely smoothly with drop off at 4.00am and pick up at 12.30am this is not always the case. i will definitely use again and recommend to others.

So my partner booked this as where we was goin was a surprise so wasn’t aware it was drop and go but The actual drop off was so smooth it’s unbelievable

When picking up the vehicle it’s was so smooth aswell what wasn’t smooth is the fact my dash cam had been unplugged and the scratches all the way down and around my multi seater and upon further inspection I have a dent on my passenger side roof

Won’t be using again as this will cost me in the excess of 800 pound to get all the issues resolved

We book a meet and greet with this company. We received an excellent service. Even though our arrival for departure was early morning (3 am) and subsequent arrival was delayed by an hour. The driver was there with our car ready while the other company customers were still waiting.

This company is excellent. Have used them many times and they are always the best value. Today though we had our flights cancelled and were rebooked to a flight 2 days later from a different airport. The hotels have been a nightmare, but for parking these guys were brilliant. No problem at all, they just sorted it. Now that's customer service

Arrived back in Luton on Sunday a couple of lady’s were in front and the man went to get their car for them which was parked about 20 spaces away. He drove the car to them handed the keys over and off they went. My turn he passed over the keys asked me to sigh. To say the car was ok and told me where j in could find the car which happened to be at the far end of the car park! Now these leads me to two reasons either he was just to lazy to supply the service I had paid for! Or the car was damaged and he was hopping I would not notice either way absolutely not the service paid for and would not recommend at all.

"Very quick dealing with a problem"

Due to an Air Traffice Controllers strike in France our flight was cancelled at short notice. I emailed Park and Go explaining the situation and they gave me a refund within 2 days. To me the test of a company is how they deal with problems and Park and Go get 5* for their quick response.
