"Excellent Customer Service"

Travelling a lot for work I have used many different Airport Parking providers but have now settled on Park and Go every time because their customer service is always excellent. Highly recommended.

"Service with a smile"

I recently used the Park and Go Airport Parking service at Gatwick Airport for the first time, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Every aspect was seamlessly executed from the moment I made my advance booking to the final moments of my trip.

Having an early 4 am airport departure, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenience of the meeting point's proximity to the terminal. Despite the early hour, I promptly dialled the provided contact number and received an immediate and friendly response. Upon arrival, a gentleman greeted us with a welcoming smile, setting the tone for the exceptional service that followed.

The return leg of my journey was equally hassle-free. With a simple call from the terminal, my car awaited me in the parking lot upon my arrival. The same courteous gentleman again met us, exemplifying consistent and reliable service that stands out.

I wholeheartedly endorse the Park and Go company at Gatwick Airport. If you seek a secure, efficient, and cost-effective solution for parking your vehicle during your time away, look no further. My experience with Park and Go was nothing short of exceptional.

"Excellent service at Heathrow."

Excellent service at Heathrow! 1stbtine I have used this company. Nice, polite drivers, catered for a 4:50am pick up. Phone answered promptly and minimal wait times. Only a few miles on the car and very clear instructions. Rung on landing and once we'd cleared baggage, car was waiting for us. Make sure the reviews you read here are verifed as I know rival companies leave poor reviews (one driver told me a few years ago!). Genuinely, these guys saved me hundreds on airport parking (3 week holiday) and I cannot fault their service.

"Absolutely appalling - do not book with these cowboys!"

We booked through Park and Go with a VIP Meet and Greet Service at Bristol Airport. Firstly, it took us 14 phone calls and 45 minutes to be able to get through to them to arrange to drop the car off as no one answered the number given. When we were finally able to drop the car off, there was no apology, rather an accusation of ringing the wrong number, even when I showed my call log with the correct number. She still tried to deny I was calling the right number even when I asked what number to ring on my return if it was wrong and was given a card with the same number on! On collecting the car, we found a bulge in the front passenger side tyre which has now had to be replaced and, in doing so, they have found mud to be caked underneath and in numerous inlets and outlets which would only be possible by it having been driven very fast over muddy ground. There is also mud on the upholstery and pillars inside the car.

This is not the service I would expect, least of all given the cost.

Had a great experience with my meet and greet at Gatwick. When I arrived he was waiting for me to collect my car . Such a comfort knowing I had a left my car in good hands. Such a nice caring gentleman. Helped me get my case out, explained all I needed to know.
On my arrival home I made my call and there he was, he helped me with my suit case in my car car was fine.
I will definitely be using park &go on my next holiday … peace of mind and a stressfree holiday was just perfect and completed my trip.
I had a few issues to deal with and he stayed and sorted it instead of just leaving . 10 out of 10
Previously with a different company, I had my inside mirror damaged on my range and they didn’t want to know.

"Pick up and delivery was fine"

Pick up and delivery was fine, however pick up was at T2 after a long haul flight. The car was delivered to level 4, and as agreed. However when we arrived home it was apparent that some sort of coiled item had been left on the bonnet, it was not noticed at the airport due to the lighting. When we got home in fact on the drive home when the sunlight hit the bonnet you could see a series of coil marks the rest of the bonnet was covered in dust. On future inspection the near side front wing had a series of fine scratches had I noticed this at the airport I would have raised it with the guy that delivered the car. Fortunately as I have the equipment I was able to rub these out. Lesson learned but check your car when you collect, even if you have to leave a torch in the glove box.

"Avoid"

Avoid. Terrible service. We arrived at Bristol airport and called when we were through customs as advised. They informed me they were half an hour away due to ‘grid lock’ traffic. Still waiting nearly TWO hours later. Obviously traffic can’t be helped but they dont plan around traffic and just wait until you call. I thought they watched your flight progress and met the flight. When I complained and said I thought they kept track of the flight and met your car I was told ‘we weren’t the only customer’. They only have two drivers!! Terrible business model. Long day of travelling. Young children. Never using Park & Go again.

"A* Very easy from start to finish"

A* Very easy from start to finish even with me having to come home a few days earlier. Hassle free, great value for money, easy to use and very prompt with timings.
Will definitely use again!!

On the phone straight away, polite, efficient either end, from fri.8am till (a 4h delayed flight) Gone 11pm friday. Called on exit and was there with my car not 5 mins waiting. Polite and with a smile! Car warmed and ready!

Please don't use this company the driver has got me a parking ticket and they don't get back in touch or sort the issue out!
