"Shocking Customer service"

Shocking Customer service. Communicate like robots with no understanding or acknowledgement of the customers reasoning. My flight was cancelled by the airline after I booked the parking. Therefore had to cancel because there was no flight no more. Showed no understanding and refused to offer a full refund.
The issue however just stems from the lack of understanding and customer service overall was terrible.

"Cophall Parking works fine"

I use Cophall Parking each time I fly from Gatwick and it works fine. The only minor nag this time is that when I picked the car up it was unlocked and left in gear so it leaped forward when I turned the key. Luckily there was nothing in front so no harm done.

"Barbaric cowboys"

Barbaric waste of space.
Worst experience ever. Steer clear of these shady liars, very rude, we landed and called them as requested yet had to wait an hour and twenty minutes to get the car!! You call them some rude person picks up telling you they would be 5 min away 25 min passed I called back they said we are on the way another 15 min passed I called I got to speak to my driver he was on speakerphone and I can hear my car on Sport+ mode with engine racing noise and when I asked him is that my car you are racing he put the phone down… is absolutely no excuse for the poor service level I have received. It is genuinely unbelievable that we still have these sorts of cowboys in 2024!!!

"Shocked by the rudeness of the returning car driver"

After what was a successful and pleasant drop off at Bristol airport, I was singing their praises. However, when I returned at night with my little one, I was flabbergasted at the rudeness of the person that returned my car. He complained that I couldn’t see my car immediately in the dark and I explained I was with a little one and had various bits of luggage he replied that’s of no help to me. When I walked a long and found him he handed me the key fob minus my other keys. When I questioned where my keys were he said well they will be in the car somewhere and immediately left, saying my lift is waiting. Thank goodness I found them. But after a long day travelling this very rude and abrupt reception was not what I needed. I had paid for this service, I was made to feel like an annoyance. Won’t ever use again.

"Best park & ride, on time, hassle free and best value"

I have used many park and ride services, this was the best by far. No waiting, no flaffing, no stress, ideal when you have a family of 5. On drop off, instructions were clear, we called number given and driver arrived within 10 minutes (rare!), super friendly, explained return process, keys exchanged and we were on our way in minutes. On return, called as bags collected and car was waiting for us before we got up and out of lifts, same driver, same polite manner, advised ticket to exit on barrier was on dash, just the £5 ticket fee to pay as explained in booking process. They were the cheapest we found and to deliver such a perfect service was a huge bonus. 5* service couldn't recommend highly enough.

ULEZ £90 FINE
The driver returning our car to Heathrow drove through a ULEZ ultra low emissions zone incurring a £90 fine which we just received and had to pay.
We have contacted them about this. Just a heads up - if booking you need to expect a fine on returning home!!!
It would be helpful and kind if Park and Go would have paid in advance the £12.50 x 2 (for there and back), so we didn’t get fined. They could have added it to the bill with explanation.

"Beware flexible is misleading"

Bought a flexible product and when cancelled (due to war in Israel) was informed their T&C's mean they can keep £9.50 for "admin". Challenged them because T&C's are misleading, refused to back down and not escalate my complaint.

"Easy and reasonably priced parking"

It was a very smooth trip for us. Firstly dropping car off was easy to find and quick and then on returning to a different terminal at Gatwick we literally made a call coming through baggage reclaim and as we got into the car park our car came around the corner. It was hassle free and very reasonably priced. Thank you to all involved.
