"Service is bad,no delivery up to date…"

Service is bad,no delivery up to date after being promised,it will take place between 4 Dec - 9 Dec 2024.No communication via email and phone calls.

I put an order on the 30 November 2024 haven't received any form of communication from "fashioncrib SA". I am starting to think that this is a new scam method as I have written them an email and also tried calling several times with no answer, also believe they intentionally forward the calls to the answering machine.
First and last time I use their non- existing service.

So far I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I have tried calling and emailing your offices as I have not received my shoes that I have ordered on the 29th of November.

Today is the 27th of Dec and my son’s Christmas present has still not arrived. I have emailed and what’s app the useless helpline and NO response.

My order was delayed with two weeks. I order on 29 November 2024 but has not received any correspondence from Fashioncrib or received my parcel. I was promised to received the notice from Courier by 13h00 on 12 December 2024. Nothing yet received at 15h00. I wont recommend this shop to anyone.

lack of communication put my order on the 4th of December and i have got any sort of communication till today when you call it ring non stop and no one is answering the phone . it was my first time and i am very disappointed .I received my order on the 20th of December and I am very disappointed with your service the order is not what I ordered and I would not recommend this company to anyone and the quality is very bad
