Ive placed and paid for my order on the 12th of december.today is the 26th of december and still not delivered.
No response on email or whatsapp whatsoever
They dont even answer my phone calls.
Very poor service

I can't believe that there are people who can rate or write something positive about this worst online service provider ever. Funny enough that you don't respond to negative reviews towards your service because it's probably your staff that is writing the good service,hence you know your intentions are to scam people. There is not a single apology for the delays and ignorance of calls,emails and whatsapp messages we've been sending to know the status of our shipments. "Kak service ever" busters!!!

I placed my order on the 29th Nov 2024 and haven't received my order at all.
I've emailed and tried contacting them numerous times. No responses at all.

I've decided as of the 21st of December to put in a complaint with the Consumers Ombudsman and I'd suggest you do the same.

Companies like this should be reported, so that reputable companies can have a proper opportunity, where we don't think they will all scam us.

The service is absolutely pathetic, feels like a scam. Ordered on the 29th of November, no delivery, no update, no reply, cannot email them, emails return, no response on Whatsapp and no answer on the line. Worst online experience ever
