No communication whatsoever. I ordered a blue stripped Nike blazer jumbo and got a regular Nike blazer with a red stripe. I can’t get ahold of them with phone calls, emails nor Whatsapp. Can I open a fraud case and get my money back as it’s not bad that I ordered on the 23rd of December and only got my order on the 6th of January.

I ordered a UK 7 black sit force for my son as a gift for Xmas and it's to big and now I want to get a hold of them to exchange for uk6 but no reply on emails or answer there phone or whatapp messages and you can only to refunds in 21 days and I orededs it on the 18 Dec and received it on 23 Dec. I was my first time ordering online and at this site but I'm not so happy caus they never pick up there phones or reply to any corresponding.
