"Worst company, worst service"

Bought a pair of shoes online, when delivered it was damaged, tried to contact them via email, whatsapp and calling, no response, just being ignored. It's pathetic!

Firstly my order was placed on the 23rd Oct. but only received it 4th November. So much for their 2-4 day delivery. Not only did I wait so long as it was supposed to be a birthday gift for my husband but they sent me a completely different colour of the sneaker vs what I ordered. I have sent messages and tried calling but they do not respond. The worst customer service ever!!
