Product delivered following day and had been well wrapped, no damage. Product was easily fixed with all necessary bits included. Charged the battery and all was well. Only issue was, I had no plug that fitted the cable provided. Had to use my mobile. Would recommend this product.

Very pleased with Halo round mirror (600 mm). Beautiful and has motion sensor and quick demister. Also helpful customer service team when contacted regarding returns process for another mirror with prompt refund on receipt.

After checking with customer service that product was exactly what was needed ordered and delivered efficiently with very good packing for a product containing glass. However disappointed that the 3 shelves described turned out to include the base of the cabinet and not 3 adjustable glass shelves. No extras available. Cabinet dimensions slightly smaller all round than the glass front of 500 x 700. Easy to fit and works well but overall disappointing.
