This company is a total fraud. It’s the perfect crime. You never contract with them yet they charge you for nothing and are rude over the phone but have no information except that you need to pay them or else. The scam is one thing but the rude Custer service with no data is terrible!

Terrible.I have a pending claim for 2 months, for a credit card, I have not received a single answer and the card is chasing me for payment. Waiting time is up for 30 days. either I don´t get an answer on the phone or disconnect. Time for a lawyer

We have a workman's comp policy with this company they owe us a refund due to an audit and they are slow walking the audit it has been 8 weeks since submitting the audit and still not done. We are filing a complaint with state as well. We are now also looking at taking our business elsewhere

If I could give no stars I would. Company still haven't paid out on claim and no update even though agreed to pay out in may and told be 7 days. Avoid company at all costs. When you ring they try get you off phone saying finance will pay you within 7-10 days but it never comes then 5 calls later same thing your told again and same outcome

I put a claim in over 2 months ago and have been chasing and chasing this company. Much of the time their phone lines do not work, one one day I called 5 times, every single time, I got passed on to someone and the line was cut off. The person dealing with my case has been on "annual leave" or some other kind of leave whenever I get in touch. My calls are never returned. Steer well clear of them.

I won't waste the space, just read all the other feedback before me. Dishonest, trying everything to buy time, decline genuine claim with silly reasons, you can't easily log a complaint... The Ombudsman will love this. Avoid them.

Disingenuous, unprofessional and unhelpful. Terrible quality customer service and quality of employee. No point expecting a response from anyone, it takes weeks and weeks. They do not care about their customers at all.

The Compliants department are no better, ignore your question and chasers. With no means of escalations or resolution Would rate it 0 stars if I could.

"AmTrust Europe have taken over £266…"
Update: 19th Feb - Still awaiting a response.
AmTrust Europe have taken over £266 from my bank over the past 12 months for an insurance policy I no longer require. I have attempted to reach out to them via the Contact Us form on their website (with the type selected as Complaint) but received no reply.
I have called their office number and was told to email AmTrust Accounts, I received an auto response stating they'd be in touch in 2 working days but they haven't.
Really poor customer service, I highly recommend you stay away.
