"Unreliable and disappointing"

Horrible experience ordering on Black Friday. So many system glitches and crashing of their website I missed out on the fantastic deals. Put a limit of 1 on the great deals so everyone has an opportunity. Perhaps they should find a more reliable system so customers don't have to wait for half an hour in a queue just to purchase their products. I was ready to go at midnight and their system booted me out. For the price of their plastic bricks the experience should be seamless.

Problème avec chronopost pour la livraison. Après contact avec le service après vente lego qui ne peuvent pas agir non plus, très bonne prise en charge pour un remboursement, même si ce n'était pas de leur fait. Merci

"N’achetez surtout pas les produits Lego…"

N’achetez surtout pas les produits Lego télécommandés ! Ils ne sont pas fiables et tombent en panne. Le SAV se dédouane des réparations alors que le produit est sous garantie. Il vous demande de faire des manipulations pour potentiellement réparer le problème. Sauf que lorsque cela ne fonctionne pas, il vous demande de refaire la manipulation. J’en suis à 4 relances pour une prise en charge et chaque fois il vous demande de refaire les manipulations.

"DPD Versand sehr schlecht "

Ich hätte mir die Bewertungen vorher durchlesen sollen. Versand per DPD ging an einen Paketshop der sehr weit weg ist. Dabei gibt es nähere Shops im Umkreis.
Lego bitte setzt DPD vor die Tür, dieser Versanddienstleister ist ganz unterirdisch.

"Disgusted with Lego Web Store"

Disgusted with Lego Web Store, as Lego set 40573 Christmas Tree set arrived with an entire bag of pieces missing (brown studs, candles etc).

I saw in the reviews for this set, that someone else had the same issue, but I couldn't leave my own review as there was an error message every time (using different devices and browsers), so I guess Lego don't like too many low star reviews on their site, so prevent them being left.

Anyway, after chatting with customer services, they agreed to send a replacement bag.

Shortly after the order confirmation, I received a follow-up email, saying that my order had been cancelled due to some apparent historic order anomalies. So now left with an incomplete £40 Xmas Tree, for which they will not send replacement parts.

As they have not fulfilled our contract and sent exactly what I ordered, I will be contacting my card provider as although the item was a little under £40 the entire order was over £120.

Worst thing is I spent in excess £600 over about 4 orders in a few days, when I got this a the start on Nov 23.

Even after appealing their decision to ban me from complimentary missing parts, they should at least have to supply the exact item purchased, should they not?

"My son is autistic and the one thing he…"

My son is autistic and the one thing he loves is building Lego.
He makes his own builds. He wanted specific prices for a build. I paid £9.00 delivery which in itself is scandalous! It's only a small letter package.
It has now been 14 days since I ordered this!
All I keep getting told is it's in the warehouse.
My son keeps asking every day when he will receive this.
This is a terrible service.
I have asked for this to be logged as a complaint in 3 emails. I am completely ignored and just asked for the tracking number (which I have given numerous times) I've phoned and emailed this number.

"Ersatzteil Lieferung unverschämt lange"

Ich habe mein erstes Lego Set gekauft. Die Vespa. Das ist ein Weihnachtsgeschenk für meinen Vater. Er sollte sie zusammen gebaut bekommen. Leider fehlen 2 Teile. Also über die Lego Seite Teile reklamiert. Hat auch geklappt. Ein paar Stunden später bekomme ich eine Mail mit Validierungsfehler und wurde storniert. Daraufhin habe ich den Kundenservice angerufen. Kein Problem ich bekomme die 2 Teile, dauert aber 4-5 Wochen. Euer Ernst? Bei so einem großen Unternehmen ist das ein NoGo.

"Variable quality and terrible customer services"

Nice toys, but the quality has dropped off recently so I no longer consider them worth the price. Customer services are truly useless. 5 weeks for a missing price to arrive is unacceptable. (And missing, incorrect, and damaged pieces have become more prevalent in the last few years.) Resorted to eBay in the end.

"Thank you Lego"

Dear Lego,
I don't think anyone will ever read this message but I really wanted to say thank you.

I'm an Italian 21 year-old girl and Lego has always been part of my best memories. My grandfather, who is no longer with us, loved them so much and one of my best memories dates back to when I enjoyed creating and playing with him and my mother.
When I was little, my parents might not be able to afford to buy many and the two sets I had, a small medieval castle and a village of American Indians are among my best memories. Lego is still has a big part in my life, I love to spend my free time trying to build something with my mom. Life can be really hard sometimes and this is my moment of happiness.

Thank you for the care you put into your projects.
Thank you for your empathetic and professional customer service. Your operators are always excellent. I'm lucky to live near a Legostore with a wonderful staff. The girls and boys who work at the Lego store in Marghera (Venice) are incredible. Always kind and helpful.
I'm not lucky enough to always go in to buy something, now I enter that Lego store to say hello and to take a walk in what is one of my happy places.

I hope one day I’ll be able to work for you or become your ambassador. I sincerely admire your company also for the inclusive and eco-sustainable goals it has set itself. You are a great company Lego Group, and I'm sorry to read that the reviews here are so negative, I don't understand it. However, I believe that for what you guarantee to customers and for what you have represented in my life you deserve a sincere thank you.

Mon colis expédié par Lego via CHRONOPOST a été retiré par une autre personne. Le service client de CHRONOPOST me confirme qu’ils n’ont n’a pas fait signer le reçu mais me demande de contacter Lego … qui me dit qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire et de contacter … ma banque. Bref des voleurs
