"Placed a £230 order four days ago and…"

Placed a £230 order four days ago and order is still showing as "just placed" *info pop up* "it may take a few minutes to process" on your website. There's no viewable details and no way to cancel or amend. That's a £230 order to a major international brand. I hope you're embarrassed.

Update: the order did arrive in the end, after an email saying it would be refunded. This could have been a far less stressful transaction with better communication. Even just automated communication.

"Leider nicht mehr so gut wie früher"

Früher war ich ein riesen Lego-Fan und immer noch finde ich Lego eine unfassbar wichtige und gute Sache für Kinder und Jugendliche, um ihre Kreativität zu entfalten und neue Dinge zu schaffen.
Leider hat das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis in den letzten Jahren ziemlich nachgelassen und die Sets werden nicht mehr so spektakulär.
Als Star wars Fan finde ich viele alte Sets auf der ersten Reihe Clone Wars noch immer besser als die heutigen und die Features lassen auch eher zu wünschen übrig.

Ich hoffe Lego bekommt noch einmal den Umschwung, denn aktuell bewegt sich Lego meiner Meinung nach in die falsche Richtung und man sollte näher an den Kunden sein und Wünsche offen entgegennehmen.

"Christmas presents being shipped to a random address. Merry Christmas."

Purchased on their Black Friday sale, and made the mistake of using quick checkout, thinking I'd actually be able to choose the address they ship to, like a sane retailer. Wrong.

I noticed this immediately and spent an hour on their web chat waiting for someone to show up. I eventually gave up and emailed, and they basically said they wouldn't do anything about it. I had no option to cancel my side.

Unbelievably poor from such a well known brand.

Leider verschickt Lego ihre Pakete mit DPD, was jedesmal zu Problemen führt. Ich habe viel bei Lego gekauft, aber jetzt habe ich die Nase voll. Es gibt auch andere Anbieter.

"Very disappointed"

Very disappointed. Tried to buy Shakletons ship with lifeboat GWP. Sold out far to quickly. Such bad planning on behalf of LEGO. Very, Very disappointed and I spend a fortune on Lego.

"Staggering lego ineptitude "

If you can find the same Lego item on Amazon buy it from there. The Lego delivery system is staggeringly inept, as are Lego.
The dpd driver pulled up in front of my house while I was looking at the van through the window and he was on cctv. He didn’t get out of the van but I received a message saying the parcel couldn’t be delivered as there was no one at home. A lie. I had even said to leave it in the porch if I was out.
DPD then said it was at the local post office so I went there every day with the tracking number and qr code and it hadn’t been delivered there.
I then got a message saying it had been returned to the Lego shop.
During all this I emailed Lego asking what is going on and didn’t receive a single reply.
It missed my daughter’s birthday even though I ordered it three weeks beforehand.
They should have their card banking facility withdrawn as they do not demonstrate adequate responsibility as an online retailer.

"Lego are discriminating against my family."

What Lego have done to me is discrimination and absolutely abhorrent. I live in the country and have 2 dogs. I ordered some lego sets which the courier just threw on the ground outside my home. Of course the dogs ripped them to pieces as most dogs would. I sent them photos of thousands of lego pieces scattered everywhere and mixed in Gravel. There is a huge sign on my door to put all packages in a bin beside my porch or they will be destroyed by my dogs while nobody is home during the day. Then I requested a few missing pieces off a completely different set months later and they just banned me from their site.
They kept asking for proof that I actually had this set which is insane as it's was the last set I had bought off their website just weeks before. My kids sent them some file photos as I work on oil rigs and they just banned everyone in the house. I actually offered to pay for the missing pieces too as my kid had lost them at a birthday party.
They even banned my family members from ordering stuff. I'm considering contacting the authorities to report discrimination. They even blocked my brother who lives 6 miles away as he used my PayPal to place an order. What the heck did he do. They make us feel like criminals because they can't instruct the courier drivers to stop throwing the packaging on the ground. This company is the worst on planet earth. I request for them to come back to me and rectify this and I can update this review if they do.

Super schlechter Kundenservice. Laut Webseite kann man auf Rechnung bezahlen.
Dann später geht es auf einmal nicht. Egal ob geringer Betrag oder hoher Betrag.
Man bekommt aber keine Antwort.

"Terrible delivery times, service and communication on Pick a Brick"

Disgraceful effort by Lego on their Pick a Brick service. I ordered almost £50 worth of individual pieces of Lego through the main Lego website on behalf of my son, using his birthday money. It's now a month since he ordered and every time I check the order status, it's still 'in warehouse' waiting to be despatched. Futhermore, each time I've checked the expected delivery time has gone up. When I ordered it said up to 5 x business days, then two weeks later I enquired via the chat facility as to what was actually going on and the estimated delivery time went up to 14 working days. A week and half later, it had gone up to 30 days. I'm now told to expect it to take 50 x business days to allow the items to arrive. Absolutely ridiculous. All sorts of excuses: systems issues, standard pieces taking longer than best sellers, 'that's just how it is' type comments. The worst of it is the complete lack of communication until I get in touch with them. Would never buy directly from Lego website again, and especially not pick a brick. The worst of it is, they won't tackle the issue of a refund right now because its 'a bit tricky' for them, apparently.
