"Aircon Centre fan purchase "

I purchased a Blauberg Calm pullcord fan that was delivered the following day. Sadly the pullcord switch failed and the returns procedure was quite straightforward, a delay in the substitute fan being sent out was due to EVRI losing the old fan. Have now received the replacement fan after 8 days! Not Aircon Centres fault but frustrating nonetheless.

Products okay but the courier they used Evri took 6 days to deliver even though box marked Next Day Delivery. I aware not the stores issue but they chose Evri, who are pretty much the same with all retailers.

I ordered a new AC unit at ~£700 on a Monday afternoon, expecting next day delivery (as advertised) or the day after as it was towards the end of the day. By Thursday it had not been despatched so I gave it a chase, to be told that they have no timeframe and it will be sent when it arrived. Following further chase I was told it was arriving the same day to the warehouse. By the next Monday I had not heard a peep, when chased again I was told they were still having delays, however, when I looked on the website the unit was still saying in stock!

Having given up and having enough with being messed about and seemingly lied to I requested a refund. this atleast came through quickly. Having not used this firm before I have lost the small amount of trust I had. A shame as the prices are good.

Happy to deal with delays, but these should be transparent, rather than holding £700 apparently for as long as they like

Unit came quickly, box a bit tatty although it is 2nd hand, but looks brand new new I am yet to try it out.
