Havent received the goods yet so cannot really rate. Will do so once we receive the order, which was placed around 7 days ago.
3 days after the reply to this and I still havent received the goods or, if despatched and en route, no tracking details ?

Next day delivery, so very happy. Only had the Unit in a week so difficult to tell what difference it will make. No issues at all on cold air which has been mentioned. Though slight hum from the unit so not totally quiet. I’ve added a kinetic remote switch so I can turn it off. Not had any issues having to reset settings when doing so.

Delivery was not the next day as stated when bought. Evri did not inform me of de!ivery slot until 40 mins before delivering. Too late to be in.
Just give accurate into 're delivery - not just when you send to delivery company.
Even have to be more dependable.

The delivery came as stated and was well packed.
Unfortunately one (1) of the items I order was faulty, and I had to return it. I am still waiting a replacement.
I subsequently sent an email regard the faulty item, and received a help and assistance from Addy and Monica who both replied very quickly to my email, and where very helpful.
The only slight criticism I have tried to contact Aircon by phone but I have been unable to speak to any one.
