I had a good experience with Connor about the system and contract pricing. Expected to receive the system a few days later but didn’t arrive and sent me a message with no specific information. It was the long weekend of Easter and the equipment arrived on Tuesday by post office. The package included instructions and after charging the mobile system I followed instructions and pressed the button and spoke to the attendant who confirmed that the gps was reading my location and the testing was complete.
I received a follow call offering help to connect the system which was already working— he did confirm that the testing was complete. My main question was how to review the number of steps achieved with the system but he was not able to help me because it was not included on my contract and there is extra charge for the app. I wasn’t impressed.

This was very easy. The unit arrived quickly after speaking with Carson on the phone. I then received simple quick instructions from Austin. Going out for a walk now feeling much more secure!
