I bought a shower tray and it's perfect but the trap couldn't be used as the connector is a fixed angle, and we didn't know this until the installation was undertaken, I asked to return the unused trap to be advised that returns are only accepted 14 days from delivery .. of course I bought several weeks in advance of the install.. Somewhat disappointing to now have to throw the trap away whoch cost £45
