"Very poor customer service"

Very poor customer service, they are so unhelpful, I bought a shower tray on 4th October, we didn’t open the packaging, you can see inside the wrapper it is damaged, they are really poor they pass everything back to the meryln manufacturer, they don’t want to know or help get the base sorted out, the manufacturer has failed on two days to collect for over a week, and ergonomic say it’s not down to them yet they took my money, so don’t buy from them the service is awful.

Service was amazing, I ordered on line a shower screen which was delivered the next day. I was kept up to date on the movement of the product from dispatch to delivery. Delivered by a courteous delivery company on time as notified.

Excellent. So very easy to deal with. Superb support from the company after ordering. I delayed the delivery date by a week although it was due to be delivered within two days of ordering, as the delay suited me.

The wet room doors are due to be delivered next week, and I expect them to be very good value for money
