So it is over a month I have my umbrella which came without the crank, Still have not used it and now I get an email it is on sale. I am very unhappy with this company.

The umbrella is very well constructed. The canvas material is Heavy duty and weatherproof. Easy operation when raising or lowering, rotates 360 degrees easily.
This our third 9x12 umbrella. The other two are a year old and still look good and have held up very well

"These are very different times"

These are very different times, and my order was delivered in very different ways. I ordered 4 patio chair covers and they each came separately on 3 different days at 4 different times via 3 different carriers. I could not track them, and the company didn't seem to be able to either. But they all made it over a period of 3 days in good shape, so there's that.

I am replacing the same umbrella I bought a few years ago. BUT it has not been delivered yet, 2 weeks after expected delivery date. Fed Ex does not have enough employees to do customer service, so I don't know what's happening.

I replied to this already. The whole frame if much more light weight then my last umbrella frame. That’s disappointing as I et wasn’t mentioned by the Rep in my order . Very light weight .

This time I wasn’t missing any parts. While the first umbrella works there were two thing missing. This one has everything. They are heavy duty umbrellas. Make sure you don’t buy cheap models!
