Leigh Day worked hard for me, particulary in the later stages of my claim. They were thorough, with reliable, clear and timely communications. They supplied excellent specialist consultants. They got me an excellent result in my Personal Injury case.

I was an Amazon delivery DSP driver for about three years. I heard about the Leighday group claim that they were putting in against Amazon with which Amazon came to an agreement. By the time I applied, Leighday said it was too late as they were not taking anymore claims. I wrote a letter to my local MP asking for help and they responded to him the same reason they responded to me, ‘sorry, but we’re not taking any more enquiries and cannot represent him’.
Most drivers were to scared to join the claim in fear of losing their jobs but when Amazon paid out on the claim you would think Leighday would do the decent thing and represent more drivers.
The disgusting thing about this, is that Leighday were happy enough to take 35% of the drivers money. They claimed Amazon owed £140 million in drivers money and £10500 drivers were entitle to for each year they had been a driver.
It’s absolutely disgusting between Amazon and Leighday of how much hard earned money sits in their banks. If you notice on Leighday social media posts, they are always posting about claims that tug at the heart stings. Well, with fees of 35% I think it’s very obvious where the priorities of Leighday Law are.
