Had a bespoke engagement ring made here and couldn't recommend them more! James and Sherry were both great at communicating everything about the process and answering questions we had. Both are extremely knowledgeable and obviously passionate about the work they do!

I really appreciated that they showed us unique diamond cuts they offer so we could find the perfect piece that we maybe didn't even know existed. The process was great (including a recent resize request that they handled promptly), and most importantly my fiancé loves her engagement ring!

My partner and I recently designed my engagement ring with Roen and had an amazing experience. We were able to go in person in NYC to look at different stones and talk through the design. Sherry gave great suggestions and it was super helpful as the process in general is overwhelming as someone who has never made a big jewelry purchase before. The final product is beautiful and well-built. We went to some other jewelers (local and chains ie Frank Darling) and found their pricing and quality to be inferior to Roen. We hope to come back for our wedding bands!

"Bespoke Engagement Ring"

We first connected with the ROEN team last year while my partner and I were shopping for an engagement ring. I had an idea of the type of ring I wanted but didn’t have much luck with the selection with the jewelry stores we visited in person. Since I wanted complete control over the design of my engagement ring (after all, I’d be the one wearing it for the rest of my life!), we decided to explore ROEN’s bespoke services.

Sherry and James from the ROEN team were incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and are clear experts in this industry. They made the entire process seamless and transparent. I had complete trust in their ability to select high-quality diamonds for us, and they certainly delivered.

Even though the entire process was done via Zoom and text, I never had any concerns about the quality or timeline for my ring. They were always prompt in responding to our messages and addressing any questions we had. My ring set was delivered within the timeline we requested, and it arrived in beautiful, high-quality packaging. I’m absolutely in love with my ring and have zero complaints. I find myself getting distracted at work because I’m always looking down to admire my hand!

Working with ROEN was such a positive experience, and I would love to collaborate with them again in the future for more bespoke pieces.

TLDR; Fell in love with the design, purchased because of the exceptional customer service.

My experience was completely pain free and exceeded my expectations entirely. I'm used to luxury shopping experiences where I either have to convince the sales associate that I have money, or I have to turn down being upsold on everything.

However with Roen, my experience was so positive. Sherry was super helpful from the beginning. She answered all of my questions directly, offered recommendations and suggestions, and was even willing to create a bespoke ring that was below the minimum. In the end, my ring arrived way earlier than expected and I haven't been able to take it off since.
