"Not What They Advertised!"

August 2017 great location and home was beautiful, but it’s very obvious owner was not reinvesting any money back into the house. Kitchen sink had a can to catch the water leak, broken outdoor furniture, mold in bathroom, jacuzzi water was filthy, pool filtration system did not work properly (we backflushed the system), door handles to 2 separate balconies were broke so balconies could not be used. You got the picture, I could go on and on. Calls to management who came and fixed one issue and no return. Would NOT recommend.

Elan Vacations was terrible to deal with. The condition of the rental was ridiculous. I will never rent from them again. There are plenty of other reputable businesses at the outer banks that actually care about their tenants experience.
