Elan was amazing start to finish. From speaking to the owner to rent our gorgeous home, to their unbelievable customer service...Elan is #1. This was our first year with Elan (6th year coming to OBX) and I can confirm... we will use Elan from now on!!!! THANK YOU ELAN!

Each year we have booked with Elan, we have been very satisfied. In 2017, the rooms were filthy, the beds were made with wet and soiled linens, the kitchen was dirty. We were very disappointed to have stayed in "Just A Fluke" prior to Mom having to go through chemotherapy. I understand you no longer carry this property, but this experience has left a very bad taste in our mouths for Elan.

The service at Elan is phenomenal! They really care about the guest's experience, and make vacationing on the Outer Banks super easy. We stayed at Sunny Delight, which had a phenomenal location for the money, and was clean and fresh on our arrival.
