"Quartzite overlays"

I am now very pleased with our quartzize worktop overlay. Our worktops look beautiful and the work was carried out professionally and quickly.
We did have a problem in that our fairly new ceramic sink cracked when contractor removed it but the company agreed to replace it for us and this was completed within a short timeframe. Customers should be aware that this can be a problem and small print on contract says company will not be liable, however once customer care became involved response was very good and expedient.
Accidents can always occur but I have given company a 5* review because of the quality of the product and their response to rectifying problems.
Therefore I would recommend this company.

Sales rep pleasant ,surveyor was an idiot did not follow normal way of fitting worktops if L shaped long surface sink and window short piece hob under cupboards we did not find out til job complete £4000 to have join in wrong place ,make sure you look at plans and keep an eye on them ,company said plans copied nothing they can do

"Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it"

Not sure why they even asked me to write a review- we are nowhere near done. My experience so far has been far from ideal. The doors themselves are ok quality and what you would expect for the price (that’s what 2 stars goes for). The execution has been shocking. Mistakes made in email exchanges, constant delays (I signed the agreement with them in the MIDDLE OF DECEMBER, my kitchen is still not done). Initial installation took longer than expected. Some of the elements were wrong and had to be re-ordered. The installer requested wrong things to be re-ordered and made multiple mistakes while installing things in the first place. The second installer now came in weeks later, said he needs to order all the different parts, fixed a few obvious issues (crooked drawers, doors that would properly open or close, sink that has been leaking for weeks leaving me with a huge pot under it to use it at least to a certain extent). Shall I go on? I wouldn’t recommend and certainly wouldn’t use them again myself (if we EVER finish)

UPDATE after your kind response: a few incorrect items? Two doors need to be replaced, my fridge door is hanging on two top hinges and is not connected at the bottom- imagine how it feels opening and closing that ten times a day. Two corner doors don’t open or close properly. The first round of installation- my dishwasher was properly reconnected on the third attempt. My sink was leaking for weeks. The second installer you sent had to reattach crooked drawers. The bar leg was not attached properly and was freely moving under the bar. The kitchen tap was wobbly moving freely and if I didn’t notice would’ve been left like that. Now the punchline- those items that were ‘immediately reordered’ were all wrong! You can come and collect them because the installer couldn’t use any of them and had to order all the new ones. So now a couple more weeks for that to get delivered and then maybe I’ll have a fully functioning kitchen. Also- I was away for 7 days. And I’m not sure what you mean by communication throughout this journey, but you didn’t even let me know when the second delivery was planned and it happened when I was away, and my mother had to deal with that on top of a toddler and three dogs. You also failed to see correct expectations in the beginning, first telling me it’ll take two days. Then telling me it’ll be done ‘by Friday’ (I even double checked and said if it’s not done by then let’s start later as I’ll be away that weekend and don’t want my family to be without a kitchen). Was it done by Friday? No. That’s your communication. Excuse me, but unfair is not about me, I rarely leave reviews like this and they are always justified.

Very pleased with our overlay worktops, Jake our fitter was very respectful of our property and the finished job was spot on and looks amazing. Also a shout out for the plumber for the gas and the delivery guy both very friendly and helpful. 5 star service all round.

This company is absolutely 5 star from advice and help on picking the quartz work tops that look stunning. The fitter arrived on time and he did not stop until he had finished the job his name was Jake his workmanship was outstanding you can tell he takes pride in his work it honestly looks like I have had a new fitted kitchen I had a call off customer services to check that I was happy with everything her name was Rhian she was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble for her I highly recommended this company and the team

Just had our kitchen transformed by 2 lovely guys jamie and chris. Just an amazing job they’ve done. Very respectful and professional. Tidied and cleaned up after theirselves. Arrived at 11.30 and were finished by 3.30 was sure would of taken longer. We absolutely delighted with end result and highly recommend jos doors. Thanks again guys. The service from start to finish was first class. The professionalism from all the staff was commendable. The workmanship top notch. Well worth the money. Cheaper than a new kitchen but looks like one.
