"The quartz overlay worktops installation"

The quartz overlay wortops look great and really have made our kitchen look girst glass again. The installation was carried within 4 hours and the fitting engineer was really first class, also fitting the replacement sink, and was very considerate, cleaning up after the work was completed. Lastly, the waste was collected as arranged
All in all, a first class job!

From start to finish, the contact and information needed was spot on. From initial sales person, the surveyor, the installer and Mel, my account holder, everything was excellent. The installer, Rocco, was punctual, really efficient and completed the installation of my worktops in under 5 hours. It looks like a new kitchen. Would highly recommended.

"Poor quality products, don't accept the the 'free' sink"

I was mis sold by the salesman. He told me that we would receive a granite sink and a quartz worktop "highly resistant to scratches, marks, and stains" as per the website.

They're not. Upon installation, and only then, I was told that the sink is in fact a granite composite, and quickly found that this easily picks up scratches, marks and stains. Professional cleaners couldn't restore it after two attempts.

The same goes for the worktops, which already have marks that won't go. After a week of waiting, my response from customer care was a mail merge email that I could have read on the website: "Our composite sinks are highly durable, stain resistant and chip resistant".

Other reviews on Trustpilot also speak of mis selling, poor quality sinks and sub standard aftercare. I wonder why those sink are offered 'for free'. Given another chance, I wouldn't pay to own one.

Looks like Trading Standards will be needed here. Very unhappy customer, who was excited for the installation and it's been downhill since.

Not happy with it wanted high gloss the sales man talked out of it with his chat the work that was done was done well few corners cut we had an extractor fan fitted the opening door of the fan has been already changed twice because of it bubbling they broke the brackets holding it in place and no one seems to want to do anything to do anything about it it's only been in since August 2024 after sales service leaves alot to be desired

"Let me down big time"

I have a loft apartment that I rent out and thought this would be the ideal solution for refurbishing the kitchen, as they advertise 2 day install. Great! I could be up and running without the upheaval of a total refit. It was a bad decision. They delivered a damaged laminate worktop, and I was left with an unfinished kitchen, no hob and unable to rent out for two months. It cost me thousands in purchase and lost income and all they offered in compensation was 2 quartz chopping boards that I politely declined . Don’t use this company if you’re relying on a quick turnaround, as v clearly stated in their ad. I’m going to try and be fair by saying the sales guy was v professional, the quality of product seems ok so far, but the service, quality control, and follow up care has been shockingly bad. No-one seemed to care that my business was affected, and there was no sense of urgency. After raising a complaint, they basically called me a liar about loss of income and seemed to think 2 months for install was reasonable. As a small business, it had a big effect. I really wanted to say that this is a great company, the concept is good. The execution is really poor.

Extremely happy with everything. Although only the doors, countertops and sink were replaced, the whole kitchen space looks brand new and amazing. Communication from the company was good, workmen and engineers arrived on time and were very pleasant.

"Remedial Works"

We had our lovely kitchen and worktops fitted last year but one of our top cupboards has dropped as the inside hinge had broken and the door was not sitting flush with the others. After a couple of emails, a remedial visit was arranged which took all of 10 minutes to fix and as a result, one happy customer again. Thank you Quartzize
