I attended Dr Rupert's offices after paying a fortune for botox in the past and not being very happy with the results. Dr Rupert is very experienced, professional and takes time to chat with his clients to understand their needs. I was quite specific in my discussions with Dr Rupert. I wanted to avoid a high arch and the tell-tale 'frozen' botox expression. However, I also wanted to see results, specifically the fine lines around my eyes and the start of crows feet. It's very difficult to achieve results with botox without the patient looking frozen or surprised. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. I have a very expressive face and Dr Rupert has successfully struck a balance between retaining the expression but dealing with the lines, which is exactly what I wanted. Recently friends have commented on how good my skin looks or how fresh I look, which is exactly what you want to hear after botox. One final comment I would like to make is that Dr Rupert took the time to ensure that I was happy with the results in a free follow up appointment. I was very happy with this. Excellent bedside manner and fabulous experience all round. I'm already booked in for my next appointment. I'm really happy to have found a reliable and trusted practitioner. The price was very affordable too!
