"Beware of the upsell!!!"
I went with the intention of having just lip fillers. That was all I wanted, however after filling in the form before seeing Dr Rupert, I felt subjected to an upselling strategy, exploiting the answers on the form about areas of my face I did not have any intention of having treatment on. Feeling suddenly insecure about areas of my face I wasn’t insecure about before, I agreed to have extra procedures done in the first appointment. My lips (the thing I actually wanted to be done) would be done in the second appointment. After leaving, I felt like this was an insurance policy for a second appointment because if he gave me the lip filler I came for in the first appointment, I would have time to reconsider the other treatment planned for the second appointment. I decided on the way home to cancel the second appointment.
What continues to upset and distress me is that the fillers in my cheeks have made my face look wider on one side and I now feel even more self conscious than I did before. The swelling has long since gone but people still ask me if my left side is swollen. I was so upset and frustrated with myself cried for not resisting the upsells. I can’t afford to get fillers dissolved and so I’ll have to just live with them until they dissipate.
I don’t doubt they are qualified and have alot of happy customers but for me spending £1500 to not look any better is upsetting. If you go to this clinic, my advice is to fill out the forms they give you ONLY about the procedure you want. If you want your lips doing, don’t say you’re not happy with your jawline or forehead wrinkles because they will latch onto it an exploit it to upsell other procedures and treatments.

I felt totally relaxed and reassured throughout my entire visit to Viva and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their treatments. Eva was fantastic and I was over the moon with my results. I loved the whole ambience of the clinic…. it was professional but very relaxing and inviting which immediately put me at ease. Thank you!

"A great experience."
Both the receptionist and clinician (Carrie) were very friendly and recognised me form when I first visited 6 months ago. Both their personalities and professionalism makes the visit a great experience. Plus the treatment of derma fillers was applied smoothly and quickly, in and out in 10 mins.
I would recommend a visit if you are either looking for a skin treatment or a change in options. Jack.

"don't recommend"
I was recommended this clinic by a person who said she did facials here, but later on I found she lied, she never did facial here and she knew this is a bad one. But this is not the point, this clinic is not a professional one, they don't have the good, right and respected attitude towards the customers at all. They only want to make money, and don't care about if their products or their services worth that among of money or fit the customers' situation. Its a horrible experience!! Be careful, that is your face, not something that can regenerate like a painting art.

"Unprofessional team and poor customer service"
I came across this clinic as cheap alternative to the top Phi clinic.I choosed vivaskin because their prices were very competitive.
But be careful because you get what you pay for.
I found the team extremely unprofessional and unreliable.
I booked months ago a consultation with Dr Rupert for eye tear trough .
First negative experience was with the receptionist Marisa.
I make her aware of my skin allergy conditions and I forwarded her my medical results and files.She forgot to forwarded to the doctor, and also she updated in the system a wrong email address. On the day of the consultation I had to called many times, because I did not receive the link for the video, no one was answering, luckily the doctor called me on the phone, otherwise I would have lost the deposit for the consultation.The doctor was not aware of my skin conditions, therefore he did not research if the treatment was suitable for me.
The doctor contacted me few days later and informed me he would not advise the treatment and neither botox injections.
I contacted the receptionist for have my deposit back, and she sent me confirmation of return deposit with someone else card details.
I did not have a good impression of the reception team at all. Too many mistakes , there is a lot to improve to provide a decent customer service.
However the customer service team is not the medical staff , therefore I wanted to give the clinic another chance.I emailed to ask doctor Rupert if there were other treatments that could be suitable for my skin condition.
The PRP skin pen has been suggested as safe option .
The Prp treatment is provided only by nurses and not the doctor.
I booked a face to face consultation with a nurse.The receptionist told me that on the day of the consultation , if I was happy, I could proceed with the treatment.
I came in for the consultation with Eva , but instead of exploring the Prp and skin pen treatments , she told me I was in for a consultation for botox.I told her that there was a mistake, that the receptionist wrote a wrong treatment in the system , I make her aware I had a consultation with the doctor and botox and fillers has not been advised for my skin.
I was very surprised when the nurse told me that in the system I was for botox treatment, therefore is ok.It was very disappointing after that the doctor advised to don't proceed with any injections , to listen a completely different story from the nurse . Everything was very confusing, unreliable, there is a lack of internal communication.
The nurse never explained that to have succesful results with the vampire treatment ,the Prp skinpen has to be combined with Prp injections.I expect the nurse to explain, and not to learn it by internet .Everything very rushed , not enough informations.
After my visit there, I left in Pabau system a negative feedback, and the doctor did not like it. Instead of apologies and provide a better customer service , the clinic kept providing poor customer service .
Dr Rupert , after that Eva suggested botox, first he apologized , and than later in another video call with him ,he said that it is ok. He treated me like I am someone that cannot afford expensive treatments, suggesting to book with the nurse because it is cheaper. I was shocked ,I would never get injections by unkown medical staff, but only from a doctor after checking his experience and career.
I don't recommend this clinic at all.

"I had my first treatment and all went…"
I had my first treatment and all went well. All corvid protections were taken seriously. I was made to feel at ease and the whole process was pain free.
Due to reasons beyond my control I have had to change my follow up appointment, which was no bother.
I am actually glad that my face has had time to settle, although very subtle it none the less means that I can ask Rupert’s advice on other treatments. He fills you with confidence which I have been lacking.
Altogether lovely surroundings and kind and professional people.
I’ll let you know how I get on next time.

I have written a glowing review for Dr Rupert before.
Anyone that has visited him for a treatment will already know that he is not only a delightful person, but also an aesthetic magician.
Today I wanted to write to thank the whole team at Viva Skin Clinics for the great lengths that they have gone to in support of their customers who are returning amidst the pandemic.
Unbelievable service! A plethora of surgical protective standards in place, with perfect empathy from Marissa, Rachel and Dr Rupert. (All of whom went to individual lengths to make sure that I felt safe and reassured).
I left with perfect results and zero anxiety.

Amazing service from the minute I arrived, Dr Rupert made me feel so comfortable, thoroughly explained everything throughout the whole procedure. So happy with my results, they look so natural, would highly recommend and can’t wait for the next visit!
