I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews we've ordered from here 4 times and have always had a wonderful experience. Yes shipping can be slow but thats expected for items coming from overseas!

Terrible Customer Experience – Avoid
I ordered four counter-height stools on October 5, 2024, and they didn’t arrive until late December—far beyond the expected delivery time. When they finally arrived, the box was damaged, and multiple pieces were broken. I immediately took photos and contacted customer service. They instructed me to mix and match salvageable parts, promising to send replacements.
A month later, the replacements arrived—also damaged and broken. After nearly five months of back-and-forth, I was finally told to return the stools for a refund. However, I had to pay $120 out of pocket for return shipping.
Even after they received my return, I waited three more weeks with no refund. When I followed up, they refused to process it until I provided a UPS tracking number, which I had to dig up myself. After finally sending it, I received only half of my refund and now have to fight for the rest. They told me NOT to return the broken pieces, yet they only refunded me for 2 of the 4.
This experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Unreliable shipping, poor packaging, defective products, and terrible customer service. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Do not buy from these people! I ordered the Luanda Sunbed from them in June 2024. It took months to arrive and when it did arrive it was badly damaged to the point of being unusable. And the middle cushion, which makes it a sunbed, was missing. No one ever answered the phone in over 8 months of calling them. They responded to email a couple of times saying they were sorry it was damaged and to take pictures of the damaged pieces for them to replace. I did so, they emailed back to confirm which pieces, then I never heard from them again and that was 3 months ago. This piece of furniture was over $6,000.00. I have never been scammed this badly! Lesson learned to only buy from reputable companies or buy local.

Very long shipping time with no updates. Been more then a month I have ordered and not receive yet. Very poor customer service. They do not respond to email. I feel scammed too.

Extremely long shipping time with no updates. Very poor customer service. They do not respond to emails. Poor quality product. I ordered dining chairs that are extremely uncomfortable and have many imperfections. They do not pay for return postage which is more than the cost of the chairs. I wouldn’t recommend the company at all! I feel scammed.

I have never been so disappointed with an online retailer. I waited 4 months to receive my order. PayPal backed up the seller since she had uploaded tracking numbers even though the tracking numbers were not actively being updated by the courier and her shipping date was not in line with her online handling times and policies. When I eventually received the products, I opened the box to find pieces of furniture that were damaged, incomplete parts, drill holes didn't line up and the items were impossible to assemble. Quality was deplorable.
The company seems to be a trustworthy Canadian company operated by women and the website features beautiful product photos. Don't be fooled.
Unfortunately, they are just selling cheap stuff that is being drop shipped from China and the customer service and product quality are horrible.
Purchase made in October 2024, after 3 weeks without any communication from the retailer, I had to chase them for information about my items and shipment. They hadn't even shipped my order until I e-mailed them, and their communication was completely unapologetic. I had to continually chase for information, updates and tracking numbers and replies were slow coming. PayPal wouldn't side with me since they had met the bare minimum requirement of uploading tracking information. The tracking information just showed that my shipment was created and picked up, and then my packages were in transit for almost 4 months before I finally received them.
I opened the box to find that the 3 bar stools I ordered were in pieces and the assembly was impossible to complete on any of the three. One of them had missing support bars for the legs. One of them had the bolts falling apart and the threads not catching so the screws couldn't be fixed. Another one had holes drilled in the wrong places for the legs as well as the backs, so multiple places were not possible to fit together. All the pieces were cheaply made, falling apart and full of scratches. Two of the barstools had foot supports that were different dimensions so basically if I would have been able to assemble them, they wouldn't have matched eachother.
PayPal claim opened. Retailer emailed. They are just ignoring me and refusing to reply to the PayPal claim, so this nightmare is dragging on and on.....even longer than the 4 months I've already wasted. The cost of this mistake was nearly $1200 Canadian dollars. 775 Euros.

I see many fake reviews saying shipping is fast and items come assembled . How ? Since it’s arriving from china ? I am deeply disappointed/ disgusted with customer service . I feel robbed . My counter chairs arrived damaged , with
Missing backs , no screws . And scratched legs . It has been months and there is no resolution to my problem . This is a SCAM company . Beware and don’t dare to order from this fake company . Don’t believe the 5 star reviews . It has to be the owner of the company creating fake names/account to write them . I was SCAMMED .

"Terrible company and products - avoid!"
Terrible quality of products and customer service. The chairs that have been delivered can't be even assembled. The predrilled holes are too big for the screws provided, the quality of "wood" and fabric is horrible. The customer service is just shocking... they refused to take any ownership for sending me faulty product. I was asked to send the chairs back to CHINA! that would cost me £200-300 after loosing over £600 already (zero ownership for sending faulty product!). I was left with no chairs and minus £600+ in my bank account and they have now stopped replying to my emails. Avoid at all cost!
