I ordered 2 sweatshirts in a size M and they were too big so I wrote to customer service asking for an exchange. They wrote back with multiple options. I selected option 3- keep the shirts I have and get the replacements in size small for 50% off. The problem is the link they send isn’t for 50% off. I’ve been going back and forth for over a week. Terrible customer service!!!
