"intransparente Rückgabebedingungen"

Ich mochte 1 von 2 Produkten. Oberteile kann man da kaufen, Hosen eher nicht. Das T-shirt war qualitativ sehr hochwertig, aus verschiedenen Materialen und dicker Stoff. Bei der Hose hat vom Sizing wirklich garnichts gepasst und auch die Farbe war stärker gelb-/grünstichig als auf dem Foto. Allgemein fallen die Teile eher klein aus (bei T-shirts um ca. 1 Größe; bei Jeans extrem um ca. 3 Größen). Die Website ist so überladen mit Angeboten, Glücksrädern etc. sodass sie oft abstürzt. Mein größter Kritikpunkt sind die Rückgabebedingungen. Der Rückversand muss selbst gezahlt werden, aber nirgends steht die Adresse. Diese wird wohl erst auf Anfrage rausgegeben. Was unklar macht, wie viel Versandkosten gezahlt werden müssen, da nicht mal das Land bekannt ist.

Ordered a few T-shirts and found out that they were a bit bigger than id like so I returned all of them and got them exchanged and their support team was super helpful and quick responses even on weekends!!

Overall wonderful experience! The items are well made and well worth the price. I did need to exchange an item for a different size. The customer service team was quick to reply. The gave me multiple options on how I wanted to handle my exchange so I could pick what was most convenient for me! 10/10. Will be shopping again soon!!
