I recently returned an item that was too large in order to get a smaller size. The item was lost in transit, but Brian from the customer service team wanted to make sure I was satisfied and proactively sent me the replacement item. The team goes above and beyond to make sure customers have a very positive experience.

Primera vez que hago un pedido en la página de Aelfric Eden.
Pido 2 sudaderas con descuento (aprox. 59€ cada una de ellas) y llegan pasados 7 días, todo muy bien envuelto y la verdad es que la calidad es increíble.
Al abrir una de ellas me doy cuenta de que en la manga tiene una tara por lo que me pongo en contacto con atención al cliente y envío fotos. Para mi sorpresa, las opciones que me dan son enviarme un vale por valor de 22€ (ni la mitad del importe pagado) o un reembolso de 12€ para, palabras textuales, “arreglar la tara en un modista”.
Evidentemente me parece increíble por lo que reclamo una opción que para mí, el comprador, sea justa ya que he sido yo quien ha pagado. Después de mucho negociar aceptan a enviarme una nueva pagando yo los gastos de envío (10€).
A pesar de que la calidad de los productos es muy buena y el envío también, mi primera experiencia no ha sido muy buena.
