"Absolut enttäuschend"

Absolut enttäuschend! Ich habe einen Strickpulli bestellt, der bereits beschädigt ankam, aber ich habe ihn selbst repariert. Dann das nächste Desaster: Nach nur wenigen Monaten und gemäß den Angaben auf dem Etikett beim ersten Waschen, ist der Pullover massiv eingelaufen. Und jetzt gehen auch noch die Nähte an den Ärmeln auf.

Ich habe den Kundenservice kontaktiert, aber der war unfreundlich und völlig unkooperativ. Sie haben weder den Pullover getauscht noch mir mein Geld erstattet. Es wurde keinerlei Entgegenkommen gezeigt, und ich fühle mich völlig im Stich gelassen. Dieser Shop ist eine Katastrophe – ich werde hier definitiv nie wieder bestellen und kann nur abraten!

"DO NOT order from this business"

DO NOT order from this business. They are operating some form of scam where it is impossible to return goods and get refunds. They make this incredibly difficult and are unco-operative in resolving. I am currently over £10 out of pocket due to returning item to Poland which you have to fund and have still not received acknowledgement of my return or a refund. Stay well clear.
