Amazing customer service. Something i had bought went out of stock and they were sosososo nice about it! They helped me change it to a different size and expedited the shipping. Ive never had any other store do this and actually talk to me instead of a contactless “refund” button. I am so grateful for that and i think i love this store even more.

NEVER BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU'RE 100% SURE YOU WILL KEEP THE ITEM. Their return process is absolutely ridiculous. They send you two page long instructions and they are confusing at best. I returned my sweatshirt and they will not refund my money. Did they not wonder who sent a sweatshirt back? They can't find the original order? All the info was there. SHAME ON THEM
