Amazing customer service! My daughter ordered a sweatshirt and it was delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted Aelfric Eden, I dealt with Brian. He was super helpful and immediate with his responses. He will be sending a new sweatshirt out to my daughter within a few days. We are very grateful!! Thank you Brian!

Aelfric Eden is a total scam. Charged my card, never updated shipping information and never delivered item. They do not respond to inquiries re: shipment status or request for refund.

40% dei soldi che hai speso e rimandare indietro il prodotto in Cina dove è stato prodotto pagando pure le spese di spedizione.
Paghi di meno per farti mandare le altre taglie ma loro si tengono i soldi dei primi articoli e in più devi rimandare indietro quello che ti hanno spedito sempre pagando le spese di spedizione in Cina.
Tutte le opzioni per reso o cambio taglia sono sfavorevoli.. conviene quindi tenersi i vestiti con taglie sbagliate.

My experience with customer service was great! I accidentally placed my order in the wrong size and emailed them a few days later to maybe see if it's not too late to switch the size. I was able to switch the size with ease and they notified me of that within less than 24 hours! They are great.

I was having some issues with my account and applying rewards i was given and customer service was nothing short of wonderful! They were very understanding and straightforward. The reply time was the fastest i've had which was very helpful.
