Customer service was awesome unfortunately one of our sweaters was damaged and I reached out to them and they are sending out a new one as soon as possible.

I ordered the wrong size for my daughter. Customer service was very prompt in replying with my options. Theyexplained the restocking fee and offered me other alternatives.
Even on a holiday they were very prompt.

Their customer service is TERRIBLE!!! Sweatshirt sizing is too big and when trying to exchange sizes, they asked for half the cost for an new one and with multiple back and forth a with a different person each time they then wanted more money to send another one. (Originally told me $15 per sweatshirt, then asked for $80 more!!)

I ordered two sweatshirts, although it did take a while to ship, I did receive the order before Christmas. Sweatshirts are very nice quality and wash well. However even the XS is very large for my daughters ages 12 and 14 Wish they made a XXS for the more petite teens. Girls love them anyway as oversized sweatshirts are in style.
