Bought a sweater for my son's birthday and paid expedited shipping. It arrived 11 days later, via usps regular mail. When I complained about the service, they not only did not care, but they argued that it arrived within ten (ten!!) business days since they counted from when it was shipped, not ordered. If counted from the day I ordered it, it was over the ten day allotment. What kind of expedited shipping is that??
They do not know the meaning of customer service -- I would definitely not shop there again.
