"Excellent Experience "

Excellent experience. After reading various reviews I took a gamble on scheduling a visit. I’ve been sick for a couple of weeks with a sore throat/painful swallowing. I’ve tried all the appropriate over the counters, baking soda and salt water gargles, teas with spices and herbs, local honey and lemon. I was avoiding a visit because I’m in between health insurance coverage and overall generally healthy. I scheduled a Sesame appointment within an hour from my bed, quick visit, meds sent immediately, filled within twenty minutes of my local pharmacy opening. I didn’t wait in line. I spoke for about seven minutes with a provider who was extremely professional and courteous. As a ER nurse myself I can tell you he followed appropriate treatment guidelines. I paid 51 dollars for the visit plus 20 something at my pharmacy, still cheaper than being uninsured walking into the Urgent Care. Thank you so much! Telehealth done right.

I accidentally purchased the $99 special and decided immediately to cancel it and just pay for the one visit. I could not find a way to do that so I called the number and was told it would have to be reviewed . Then I found out my credit card was charged $74 two times and $99 for the yearly. I paid $250 for a one time visit. What a fraud.
