From door to door picking up of a vintage album and loose photos, to prompt delivery of the scanned items and originals, I cannot fault any aspect of the service. The website is practical and helpful, as is the staff.

From the first time of my phone call Vintage Photo Lab was very Professional. I must admit I didn't want to send my photos off as I was worried they might go missing. I think everybody might have that feeling when something is precious only to you. However when I received the envelope to send off the photos it came with a tracker. UPS picked it up and then in a couple of days I received an email from Vintage Photo Lab to say they had received it. They obviously understand how precious our photos are and that put my mind at rest. Ed then did the scans and I received an email with the scans to check. There were some photos I asked if possible if Ed could scan again. No problem at all. I have now got all my slides and pen drive and CD back. I would definitely use Vintage Photo Lab again and can stress how well they look after your Photos. Also a big shout out for Cheyenne who helped with all my enquiries also.
