Exceptionally transparent with how the service works, what to expect and which of the packages was most cost effective for my needs, Cathy and Ed gave fantastic customer service, I discovered they are located close to my home so I dropped off and collected my originals but was welcomed into the facility and shown how it all worked.

Very convenient collection and return delivery of originals. The photos were kept in the same order/packs as supplied to Vintage Photo Lab. This made it easy to cross reference originals to images on the archive DVD provided (when checking any notes written on the backs of photos).
Very good quality images - especially considering the age, condition, and variations in size of many of our originals.
Saved us so much time and effort! We only regretted not using this service much sooner.
Our extended family were also really pleased to be able to download the full archive via Dropbox for their own records.

Absolutely brilliant, my goodness, I searched high and low for someone to scan the illustrations for my book using proper photo quality equipment. I chanced upon vintage photo lab, they accommodated me immediately discussing my project thoroughly, they carried out the work quickly and extremely efficiently and the results were beautiful. I’m so pleased and they were based so near to me. Hooorah! They are now my go to lab, I have loads of family slides that will go to them to upload .
