Beautiful Apartment with seaview and lovely neighbours. Great style and calm place.

"Great service"

We rented a beautiful apartment at the Belgium coast for Easter. It had the best position right at the sea with the most amazing view. The apartment was completely as it was described and like the pictures. The communication with Huswell went easy and without problems and always quick to answer on questions. I would recommend anyone to book trough here.

We boekten een verblijf aan zee via Airbnb maar verzorgd door Huswell en zijn zeer tevreden! Het appartement was kraaknet en heel gezellig ingericht, met echt aan alles gedacht. Leuke extra’s zoals koffiecups, voldoende handdoeken en fijne badkamerproductjes maakten het helemaal af. De mensen van Huswell waren het hele weekend door beschikbaar voor vragen en reageerden snel! Een aanrader 👍

"Zeer teleurstellende ervaring, geen service"

We boekten een verblijf aan zee via Booking.com, uitgebaat door Huswell. Bij aankomst troffen we een vuil appartement aan: bedlinnen en handdoeken waren gebruikt en op de grond gegooid, de vuilbak zat nog vol, er lag zand en kruimels op de vloer en er hing een onaangename geur. Het was overduidelijk dat er niet gepoetst was.

We namen onmiddellijk contact op met Huswell, die beloofde hun poetsdienst te sturen. Drie uur later hadden we nog steeds niemand gezien, en nadien kregen we hen zelfs niet meer aan de lijn. Ook Booking.com probeerden we te bereiken, zonder succes.

Aangezien we met een kind reisden en geen propere lakens of handdoeken hadden, waren we genoodzaakt om last-minute een ander verblijf te zoeken — volledig op eigen kosten.

Huswell biedt nu slechts een gedeeltelijke terugbetaling van 40%, terwijl wij nooit gebruik hebben kunnen maken van het verblijf. De verantwoordelijkheid wordt doorgeschoven naar Booking.com, terwijl wij als klant in de kou blijven staan.

Kortom: een zeer onaangename ervaring, en een grote teleurstelling qua service, communicatie en klantgerichtheid. Absoluut geen aanrader.

"Nice Appartement "

Hello, the appartement was clean and tidy. But it was cold when we arrived, and it took some time until it got warm. The heating in the bathrooms did not work. We complained via email, got response but nobody showed up to fix it. 🤷🏻 also it is worth to mention that there is a construction site directly beside the House!

"Huswell is not a safe travel choice for accommodation"

I have stayed in Huswell for 3 bookings and also booked a business partner in for a stay. Only one of those experiences went smoothly. The other 3 there were issues and though Huswell is kind and polite to deal with there is no case management, no follow through and ultimately you are left on your own. This can leave one in a very awful experience when travelling and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. In my case no heating and no hot water, though they did refund me the experience was so awful and I would never choose to stay with Huswell again and will return to AirBnb where you have direct communication with the owner of the property themselves. Not a generic service line that includes AI technology.

Nous avons loué un appartement à Knokke et tout était parfait !
L'appartement était chaleureux, propre, bien équipé et très bien situé.
Anna a été très réactive à toutes nos demandes et la location a très bien été gérée de l'arrivée jusqu'au départ.
Je recommande vivement Huswell !
