By far, the best agency I've ever rented from. Every issue was sorted within days, usually either on the same day or the very next. Everyone from ADM is very nice and very understanding, they keep a professional relationship while being incredibly friendly towards you. Didn't have a single issue in the 4-5 years I've rented from them. Amazing experience.

ADM are great! I signed a short term contract and I can’t fault ADM, everything was gutsy from communication to cleanliness of the house. ADM helped me when I really needed it and I wouldn’t hesitate in contacting ADM in future.

"Great Experience "

They were responsive to issues brought up by housemates. The common areas shared by housemates were cleaned regularly by a cleaning lady which ensured the house stayed clean throughout my stay. They were also considerate of the housemates and gave us advanced notice when workers such as a plumber would visit the house. Finally, I receieved all the deposit money even though some could have understandably have been used to clean and repair certain parts of the room that I had been staying in. Overall great experience :)

I've rented a room with ADM for the past 3 years and the whole experience has been nothing but excellent. The house was just newly renovated when I moved in and I've always had the best service. Never had any problem and the landlord has been always so kind, patient and helpful with even the small issue. I'm really glad I ended up living in that room cause they made my life much easier. I will always appreciate all the great job they do everyday. 100% Recomended

"Amazing service from ADM Property"

I rented a room through ADM Property for two years and they've always been so consistently brilliant! The landlord, maintenance guy, cleaner and all involved with them are all super nice people, who are not only friendly but also always very approachable and always happy for a general chat when they pop in as well.
On the rare occasion that things do go wrong in the house, they're always extremely quick to fix it, no matter how big or small, and they're always so nice and understanding about it too!
The house was always kept in such a great condition as well, not only because we had a cleaner come regularly, but also because general maintenance was kept on top of, such as regular testing of the fire alarms by the maintenance man.
If you're drawn between a property of ADM's or somewhere else, honestly go with ADM because you're unlikely to find as good of a landlord and property team as them. After having rented from them for two years I can't think of anything bad to say about them! They're fantastic!
