I wanted the look and feel of a professional wedding album without a hefty price tag. Milk Books delivered. The ease of creating my wedding album was amazing! I was able to customize each page exactly how I wanted it. The quality and overall look of Milk Books is top notch. I would definitely use them again!

The final product was excellent. Definitely in line with ones I’ve seen friends get from their wedding photographers. The software was really intuitive and easy to use. I didn’t need to watch all the tutorials as I was able to work lot of it out (the tutorials helped though of course). The purchase and website process was seamless. The book itself is stunning. We got the box and linen for our wedding book. It presents exactly as the videos shown on the website, we are very happy and grateful that Milk has helped us bring our wedding photos into our home. Thank you

Mi sento davvero deluso e frustrato dalla mia esperienza con Milk Books. Ho recentemente acquistato un prodotto e, oltre a dover affrontare un costo esorbitante per la spedizione, mi sono visto costretto a pagare un'importante tassa doganale che non era stata minimamente menzionata al momento dell’acquisto. Questo tipo di pratiche sono assolutamente ingannevoli e non dovrebbero accadere, soprattutto quando si paga un prezzo già abbastanza alto per un prodotto.

Ma la delusione non finisce qui. Quando ho cercato di contattare il loro servizio di assistenza per chiarire la situazione e ottenere un qualche tipo di supporto, la mia esperienza è stata ancor più frustrante. Il servizio clienti è stato inefficiente, lento e poco professionale. Non solo non sono riusciti a risolvere il problema in tempi ragionevoli, ma la loro risposta è stata completamente insoddisfacente. Sembrava che non avessero alcuna intenzione di occuparsi del mio caso con serietà.

Mi sento completamente preso in giro da un’azienda che non solo non offre chiarezza sui costi aggiuntivi, ma non si prende nemmeno la responsabilità di offrire un'assistenza decente. Non posso che sconsigliare vivamente di fare acquisti su Milk Books se non volete trovarvi nella stessa situazione disastrosa in cui mi sono trovato io. Un'esperienza che non dimenticherò mai, purtroppo per motivi negativi.

"Quality, elegant and superb album"

The quality of the album was superb. The print is really beautiful and it gave justice to our wedding photos.
I had a bit of concern with one photo that has a black line mark on it. I immediately sent an email regarding it and their people was quick to address the issue.
we'll treasure our wedding so much. Im so glad I found Milkbooks. Its an amazing remembrance of our wedding.
