"Excellent customer service experience "

The customer service with Milk was everything I had hoped for when spending this kind of money. I was having issues at checkout (the system wouldn’t let me pay), called the customer service number, the the representative got me in touch with the IT team and they were able to resolve my issue, same day. Delivery was flawless.

The service was great. We started making our wedding album around thanksgiving, and they were very responsive. We were hoping to have photos that filled both pages like a flatlay and they were able to help us create that vision. Shipping even was quicker than originally promised!

My husband and I were looking for the perfect gift for our parents to say thank you for their help with our wedding. It was very important for us to give them something they could cherish forever, but also wasn’t corny or the same as something else they may have (a basic photo album). We decided to go with a wedding magazine, and couldn’t be happier. Their website is extremely user friendly and we were able to choose exactly what we wanted. The quality, print, and finish is EXCEPTIONAL and our parents LOVE them! 🩷

High quality photo albums. The only reason why I’m not giving it five stars is because it took me a while to learn how to create the photo album online

"Perfect Wedding Album"

I made a wedding album for myself, my parents and my husbands parents. They are amazing quality and super easy to create. My only disappointment was that it wasn’t super clear on the tax payment…because I bought 3, I didn’t realise it was going to cost me an additional $300 in tax fees which I only found out weeks after I placed the order. It was upsetting as that is significant money for me. Nevertheless I will be creating albums in the future (perhaps one at a time)

I was underwhelmed in the end product.
I choose Milk books especially for the hand stitching, but felt the quality/thickness of the pages was disappointing for the price
I also choose a presentation box as it was for a gift, but felt the photo book looked minimized/inconsequential in it.
I would have loved some communication suggesting for the size of the book, maybe a ‘sleeve’ or similar would have been a better choice.
So, in the end, disappointed, as I felt the book, did not match my sentiment.
