Love our book. Easy enough to navigate the website. Would love to know shipping costs upfront though...was charged $60( NZ) post which us honestly daylight robbery. It's not the postie getting that much I tell you that . Massively annoying especially when you've pre paid for the book so have no option but to pay it.

Extremely happy with my wedding album. After putting it on hold for almost 2 years, I finally have one that I can proudly share to my friends and family. It’s such good quality and the photos looked even more amazing printed. I swoon over it everytime I look at our album. Now on my second album for our son’s first year photos. As a wedding and portrait photographer I am truly impressed with the quality of these books. Highly recommending to all my future clients.

UPDATED AS ISSUE RESOLVED FOLLOWING MY REVIEW

If you live in the UK, be warned you should not have to pay import tax on your photobook.

The company is based in Hong Kong and we paid the international shipping cost. We ordered on 23 November 2024 and on 4 January 2025 we received an invoice from Fedex demanding £71.81 of import tax.

Whilst the Milk Book website could be clearer about what to expect around import charges, the company contacted me very quickly after my original review to help resolve the issue.

Turns out this was a Fedex error & the Milk Books team gave me useful advice about contacting them. After more than 3 months, Fedex have finally refunded me in April 2025.
