"Conservatory"

I bought my Warmup system for the 10m2 conservatory which is full of plants. It costs me on average about £20 a month to keep the temperature at 15 degrees C. The temperature still drops down to 13 degrees when temperatures are very low outside. Unfortunately it wasn't installed well and went wrong after two years. That cost £500 to fix and many tiles still have a hollow sound when tapped meaning air gaps underneath. I'm sure it would be much more efficient if it had been installed by a professional. I like the WiFi thermostat 4ie which enables me to monitor the temperature etc on my tablet/ phone. A shame the graphical displays aren't clearer.

"The unit stopped working after about a…"

The unit stopped working after about a year. It was producing weird error messages about a fault in the heating floor. The electrician came and said that it was the unit that was defective, not the floor. He replaced this thing with a unit from another brand. The warmup unit now sits in a box. Disaster.

"Easy to use anywhere"

I really like the Warmup system. Both app and controls on wall unit are easy to use and understand - and seeing the usage on the app in graphs is good too.

"Has never worked"

Has never worked, when it’s on it just gets increasingly hot until turned off. Was installed 2 years ago turned it off after a week and not used since. Waste of money

"Expected more"

In a modern technology era, I expect more from a "leading" underfloor specialist. The electric underfloor heating itself works well, but not as a primary heating source. Fantastic for bathrooms alongside towel radiators. The thermostat however, I am disappointed in. Although one of the better ones on market (but a low base to compare against), is good but not amazing. Looks very sharp, but touch screen technology is behind the times. Fortunately once you have your schedule how you like it, you don't actually have to touch the thermostat again, or you can just use the app. The thermostat menu options and app are both a little less than intuitive (compared to something like Nest). And the display has no "Off" ability!?! Yes you can turn the backlight off, but in a pitch dark room you can still see the display glowing...so if you wanted to use it for an ensuite and you like pitch dark rooms to sleep, I would not recommend. For a kitchen much less of a problem.

Thanks for the reply Warmup. The settings are at zero, that seems to be just the backlight, I can still see the display...however very very dimly

Really like this App, I can adjust the floor under tile heating wherever I am. Very convenient

Doesnt work. Maybe due to the installer or poor wifi. Programmer is a nightmare

"Warmth under my feet !"

I have warm up under tile heating in most of rooms in my home and absolutely love it. I love the fact that eventually I will do away with all unsightly radiators and have this installed throughout. There is nothing better feeling the warmth under your feet and how you can regulate each room with the easy to use thermostat, 4iE of which is amazing as you can upload pictures of your choice to the screen, and even being able to control it away from my home on the Warm up application for smart phones makes me happy. The majority of my floors are tiled or wooden and warm up was recommended by my Tiler who installs the system regularly for customers who are converting to this form of heating rather than radiators. Since having this system installed I have saved on my energy bills, which is an incredible bonus. I believe it’s been money well spent. You get a lifetime guarantee too !
