"Inadequate customer service"
The customer service for Warmup is frustrating and inadequate. The wifi thermostat has never connected to the wifi, even though a Smart Home device in the same room is working on the wifi without problems. I've reported the problem to the telephone online service twice and emailed screen shots. After 1 or 2 emails the company gives up. I would definitely go with a different supplier next time.

Anton Ruddock discussed and advised on our failed system at some length by email exchanges and then referred our case to the engineers once I was assured that repair would be within our budget.
Engineer Dave and his mate arrived and quickly identified the probem which was caused by poor installation by a third party installer. They explained everything very carefully and took as much time as was needed to complete a very fiddly and awkward repair. Hence there was no damage to the tiles. They explained very carefully what I needed to do to ensure that a joint was fully encased in floor tile cement. They were very friendly and helpful throughout and left the bathroom immaculate. Many thanks to them and Anton for their kind attention to our problem.
