"Not good as a primary heat source"
This review is not so much about the company but the product and it’s usefulness as a primary source of heating.
When my property was being redeveloped I was offered radiators or UFH. I opted for the latter assuming that it would actually heat rooms and being assured it can be used under carpet and wood. Well it can, but there is a limiter on the maximum heat, this being 27 degrees which sounds high, but trust me it’s not! Just now in my dining kitchen where the floor is on, the floor is not warm to the touch. It’s not cold but not warm. Sometimes it does feel warm, I don’t get it. It’s certainly not fit for the purpose.
You may have better luck under tile. I have it in my bathrooms but again there is a temperature limiter of 35 degrees, again I don’t know why. In my previous property we had travertine tiles with electric UFH and the heat could be raised to 50 degrees.
I’m now in the process of having radiators fitted. Not impressed.

"I've had a Warmup system in a bathroom…Excellent customer service"
I've had a Warmup system in a bathroom for 5 months. It works fine, very pleased. After a power cut I found the timing settings had been lost, although the program was still retained. No problem, I reset the timings. Contacted Customer Services to find out if this was to be expected. The contact went through a number of questions and in the end suggested I return the controller (3iE) so that a replacement could be sent. Original returned by post on Tuesday and its replacement received Friday- this works fine. Surprisingly I had another power cut after 5 days- the timings within the controller on this occasion remained intact, problem solved! Really pleased with the service and help from Customer Service contact (Marcos)

"Be warned this may well be the leading…"
Be warned this may well be the leading company in underfloor heating but you will be hit with hefty fees if things go wrong,ie if the installation was done by a qualified electrician you will still be charged £159 for a call out to check out problem or £250 for them to remove tiles or flooring to investigate further. It seems that once you comply with having installation carried out by qualified electrician if you encounter problems the onus is on you to pay to prove or disprove that the product is faulty if it is the money is returned so my concern is this that whilst the company state dont worry if things go wrong we cn fix it cause they can but for a fee or your left to sue the electrician not a happy situation for a company trying to promote faith ,best thing to do buy other company underfloor heating because this company has got to big to care.
