"Installation good but thermostat manual difficult to follow."
Very pleased with the installation of the underfloor heating mat but I am disappointed with the support literature for the Tempo Thermostat. The programming instructions are difficult to follow for some actions, using unexplained terms and the display icons very small and could do with being more distinct.
For example, floor mode and air mode are not explained, but seem to relate to temperature. When setting a continuous temperature manually the display temperature jumps around with no explanation.

Not in my reality, I am reviewing my experience with this company. 1 star for totally failing on properly dealing with gathered personal data.

"Very professional engineer sent by Warmup"
My Warmup underfloor heating kept tripping up after instalment by my builder, so I asked Warmup to send their engineer to investigate and fix. I am so pleased with Phil Scott's work, he was very thorough with each step of the testing, and very patiently explained to me what he was doing. After narrowing down the problem to a small area under one tile, he was very careful at taking out the tile and fixing the cable. He cleaned everything after finishing the work and explained again what the builders should pay attention to before laying the new tile. I am so happy that the underfloor heating is now working without any problem.

"Warmup provides pitiful customer service"
I got the electric underfloor heating installed in my new extension. One of the setup alarms went off during the flooring. Contacted WarmUp and they refused to come unless a certified electrician would come in and check for faults. Even after the electrician came in and confirmed there is a fault, I haven't received any date on when anyone will come over to check for the fault and fix it. That was 2 weeks ago. Been waiting as it gets colder and colder each day. My four year old now has a cold and the entire ground floor in unusable because the biggest room has no heat.
