Despite having had underfloor heating installed seven years ago in our garden room we hadn't used it until today. Unable to work out how to work the unit I checked online, found a telephone number which promised 24/7 response - received immediate response and clear instructions to enable me to turn the system on. I was also emailed with the full manual. Would that all manufacturers responded like that. Well done Warmup and thank you to Harley Smith.
