"Connection Issues Every single time"

Absolutely peed off, spent tens of thousands of pounds on warmup products for underfloor heating and the thermostats just disconnect or have "connection issues" anytime you try to use them so you have to delete everyone and reconnect them EVERY SINGLE TIME may as well have just bought regular thermostat. I am absolutely raging at the amount of money I have spent on products that do not work!!!!

Thermostats don't last very long and when they do go, the customer service team is very quick to bat you away to buy a newer model and forget about the one you have. The customer service team do need to lighten up and stop being so abrupt and evasive. I'm am refurbishing my entire property but will be sure not to have this brand anywhere near the property
